Carter "Kahtaz" Kawai is a passionate advocate for creators and a visionary in the esports and digital content landscape. With a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing modern talent, Carter founded R2P Management to provide a new standard of representation.
His journey began as a coach teaching and guiding the top talent in Fortnite to competitive success. However, he has seen players who've lost their winnings due to poor guidance and lack of strategic planning. This firsthand experience fueled a desire to build an agency that prioritizes transparency, long-term growth, and authentic partnerships for its clients.
